About STAIRs
What is the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs)?
STAIRs is a new legal requirement that helps social housing residents access information about their landlord's services, decisions and performance. The goal is to be more open and transparent, giving residents a clearer understanding of how decisions are made and ensuring housing providers are accountable for the services they deliver.
When will STAIRs come into effect?
