From 1 May 2026, you’ll need an appointment to visit the Peabody office at the Hugh Cubitt Centre. This means you will no longer be able to walk in.

Monthly drop-in sessions
You can still attend our monthly drop-in sessions at the Hugh Cubitt Centre. Our team will be there to help with repairs, tenancy questions and general advice. These will next be held on Tuesday 29 April and Tuesday 19 May from 11.30am-6pm.

You can also use My Peabody to report repairs, track progress, and manage requests online at a time that suits you.
