Key living schemes consist of rented rooms in shared properties that are available to working professionals.
The rooms are single occupancy only (so not suitable for couples or families) and the living room, kitchen and, in some cases, a bathroom are shared.
Pets are not allowed in any of our key living schemes.

How to apply
If you'd like to apply for key living accommodation, please complete the application form and send it together with the following documents:
* A recent bank statement
* Your latest payslip
* Valid photo ID
* Confirmation of employment or study enrolment
You also need to provide proof of permanent leave to stay in the UK or a valid 9-character right to rent share code. Include copies of the relevant documents with your application.
Application timeframe
We can only process applications for people who need accommodation immediately or within the next four weeks. If you need accommodation more than a month from now, please wait and apply four weeks before your required move-in date.
