Key living schemes consist of rented rooms in shared properties that are available to working professionals.
The rooms are single occupancy only (so not suitable for couples or families) and the living room, kitchen and, in some cases, a bathroom are shared.
Pets are not allowed in any of our key living schemes.

How to apply
Once we've processed your application form, you'll receive a link from our referencing partner, Goodlord, to complete your tenant referencing.
To help us complete your referencing as quickly as possible, please have the following documents ready:
- Photo ID – Valid passport or UK driving licence.
- Right to Rent – Passport or share code (England only).
- Proof of Income – Last 3 months' payslips, bank statements, or Open Banking verification.
- Employment Details – Your employer's name and contact details.
- Previous Landlord Details – Contact details for your current or previous landlord or letting agent.
Additional Documents (if applicable)
- Self-employed: SA302, HMRC Tax Year Overview, business bank statements, or an accountant's reference.
- Benefits: Benefit award letter or bank statements.
- Guarantor: Photo ID, proof of address and proof of income.
- Other: Proof of address or evidence of a name change.
