Information to Include
To avoid delays, please ensure your notice includes:

- The address where the works are proposed
- The neighbouring Peabody property
- Details of the proposed works
- Relevant drawings and specifications
- Proposed start date
- The appointed surveyor's details (if applicable)
Peabody's Approach
Upon receipt of a valid party wall notice, Peabody will generally dissent to the notice and appoint its own independent Party Wall Surveyor to act on its behalf.
The appointed surveyor will work with the Building Owner's Surveyor to agree a Party Wall Award as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring that Peabody's interests, residents, and properties are protected throughout the proposed works.
