Regional Forums

Your South London Regional Forum gives you a say on services in your local area. It’s a space to share your experiences, hear updates and help improve services.   

In November, residents talked about improving My Peabody. They were joined by representatives from the Regulator of Social Housing and Wells Chomutare, Managing Director, South London. Residents shared ideas on how to give feedback more easily and suggested improvements.    

Residents asked Wells how his team are introducing services locally. They highlighted how important it is for residents to know who their Neighbourhood Manager is and how to contact them. Wells also shared recent improvements in how we respond to damp and mould concerns and plans to hold more local engagement days. 

This feedback is helping shape a regional action plan focused on repairs, complaints and engagement.

Your North Counties Regional Forum gives you a say on services in your local area. It’s a chance to share your views, hear updates and help improve things where you live.   

Residents meet four times a year to review feedback and agree next steps working towards a Regional Action Plan. 

In October, residents from Hertfordshire met with Kirsty Pepper, Managing Director for North Counties, followed by Bedfordshire in November, and then an online session in January. You shared views on communication, service charges and local services, helping us understand what to focus on next.

Our North East London Regional Forum gives you a say on services in your local area. It’s a chance to raise issues, hear updates and help improve services. 

In November, residents met Tracy Packer, Managing Director for North East London, along with colleagues from our Resident Engagement and Neighbourhoods teams. They discussed repairs updates, communal repairs and the importance of clear, regular communication during the complaints process.    

Residents are now trialling a Repairs sub-group to track issues and suggest improvements. The next forum will focus on improving My Peabody, your online portal.

Our  North West London Regional Forum gives you a say on services in your local area. It’s your chance to share your experiences, hear updates and help make improvements in your community.   

In December, residents talked with local teams and Sharon Goddard, Managing Director, North West London, about neighbourhood management, community safety, estate services and gardening. Residents raised concerns about estate maintenance and opportunities for young people, which we’re now looking into.   

Residents also reviewed progress on the regional action plan, which sets out the key improvements we’re working on in the area based on resident feedback. This includes the launch of a Repairs Hub in Kensington, where repairs colleagues will work with residents to improve the repairs service.   

Residents also gave feedback on a new local newsletter and asked for easier ways to contact Neighbourhood Managers. We’re making improvements based on what they told us.
