We believe that by listening to our residents and taking on their views we can continue to improve the services we provide. 

That's why we've set up in place regional forums.

What are regional forums?

Our forums act as a voice for all our residents, challenging the way our services are provided. The forums also give residents the chance to speak with Peabody colleagues about things that affect their homes and the areas where they live.

They meet at least four times a year and Resident Associations and local groups can send representatives to feedback on experiences of Peabody services in their area.
