We want to provide safe, well maintained, sustainable and affordable homes. All of our homes meet the Decent Homes Standard but we always want to listen to you and resolve any issues you may have.

For example, if your house or flat is cold because your heating isn’t working, we’re responsible for fixing it. We always want to listen to you and resolve any issues you may have, but if you’re still unhappy with our services, please complete our complaints form.

We must also make sure your home is free of hazards that may put the health or safety of you or someone else living there at risk. This starts as soon as you move into your new home. If we fail to do this, you have the right to make a complaint.

If you’re not happy with the health and safety of your home, we hope that you will work with us requesting we take action to remove any hazard.
