Changes to how you make rent and service charge payments
On Wednesday 1 October 2025, we changed our payment provider from allpay to PayPoint.
For most people nothing will change, but for some it could change how you pay.
There are different ways to pay:
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay your rent or service charge.
Set up your Direct Debit online
You can also call us on 0300 123 3456 to set up your Direct Debit.
My Peabody
You can pay your rent online using My Peabody. You can also see your rent and service charge payments, set up Direct Debits and view transactions.
Phone
You can pay by debit or credit card over the phone on 0300 123 3456.
Rent card
You can use your rent card to pay at any shop that displays the PayPoint logo. You can pay by cash, debit card or credit card. Take your card and payment to the counter and tell the staff how much you’d like to pay.
