Direct debit
Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay your rent or service charge.
It's quick and easy to set up online via My Peabody, or you can give us a call.
If you receive Housing Benefit or Universal Credit, you'll need to call us to set up your Direct Debit.
My Peabody
You can pay your rent online using My Peabody.
You can also see your rent and service charge payments, set up Direct Debits and view transactions.
Rent card
You can use your rent card to pay at any shop that displays the PayPoint logo. You can pay by cash, debit card or credit card. Take your card and payment to the counter and tell the staff how much you’d like to pay.
Changes to how you make rent and service charge payments
On Wednesday 1 October 2025, we changed our payment provider from allpay to PayPoint.
For most people nothing will change, but for some it could change how you pay.
