We have a range of different ways you can make your rent and service charge payments.
You’ll find them listed below.
Direct Debit is the most convenient way to pay your rent or service charge.
Please note, if you currently get Housing Benefit or Universal Credit, you’ll need to contact us on 020 3478 9750 to set up your Direct Debit.
You can pay over the phone 0300 123 3456 with a debit or credit card. Or send an SMS text message, which will take you to the allpay website.
You can use your swipe card to pay at any Post Office or Paypoint outlet.
allpay is a payment system used by many housing associations and their residents. You can use this system to make a payment outside of normal working hours. You’ll need a payment reference number (the 19-digit number on your rent card) and a credit or debit card. If you can’t find your number, you can use your name and address.
