Managing your money

Our free, confidential benefits and money advice service can help you with:

  • Rent arrears
  • Budgeting
  • Debt advice and
  • Welfare benefits and maximising your income

So, if you're struggling to pay your rent, please talk to us and we can support you. Our team will give you personalised, expert advice to help you find your way through the benefits system. We can help you identify unclaimed benefits and support you with claiming if necessary. We may also be able to represent you at appeal tribunals. If we’re not able to help, we’ll put you in touch with an organisation that can.

Getting into work

Finding a job can be hard, especially now. If you’d like to get back into work or change the job you're doing, our Employment and Training team can help. Each year we support over 1,000 people into work and apprenticeships.

Our free, personalised service can connect you with training opportunities to get the job you want, support you with your CV and help you to prepare for an interview.

Managing your tenancy

If you're finding it hard to manage your tenancy or deal with a change in your circumstances, our Tenant and Family Support Team may be able to help.  

They support residents and families who are experiencing health problems, substance misuse issues or financial hardship. They provide intensive short-term support and work with lots of different agencies to and can signpost you to long-term support services where necessary.
