Paying your rent over the phone
We want to make it easy for you to pay your rent, so we now offer a choice of payment methods.
If you rent your home from us, you can pay your rent by credit or debit card (except for American Express or Diners Club cards) when you call us on 0300 123 3456.
We'll ask you some questions first to make sure it's really you, but you’ll no longer need to remember your 19-digit rent payment reference number.
- Once you have passed the security checks, press Option 2 to go to our rent account menu. Then press Option 1 to hear your rent balance. It will include the current week’s charge but may not include payments made in the last three working days.
- After you have heard your rent balance, you can choose to pay the full or partial amount. Enter your card and rent amount details using the keypad – you’ll hear some prompts to help you along.
- You can then speak to a member of our Customer Hub, if you would like to. If the service doesn’t work for any reason you will be transferred directly to our Customer Hub.
Make a payment
You can call us to pay with your debit or credit card on 0300 123 3456 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am–1pm on Saturdays. You can also call our allpay payment line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0330 041 6497. Calls to this number are charged at your standard local rate and you will need the 19 digit number on your rent payment card.
