Our co-design action group is ready to meet you
Earlier this month, we asked any residents interested in helping us build our future customer engagement offer to join our co-design action group. This action group is now ready to listen to you.
The new group includes six Peabody residents and our engagement team, working together to establish our new customer engagement activities.
Thank you to everyone who applied to join the group; we enjoyed meeting everyone and discovering more about why you wanted to get involved.
What's next for the group
Throughout June, the group will visit community centres across our regions to host listening sessions and meet with residents and customers in our neighbourhoods. They'll be asking for your ideas and suggestions to help form our future customer engagement offer.
There'll be free refreshments, and everyone who attends will receive a £20 multi-store gift card as thanks for sharing your time and thoughts with us.
Where are the listening sessions be held?
The action group is hosting four in-person and one online session at:
Friday, 2 June, 6-7pm. For residents in our Noth Counties Region.
Wednesday, 7 June, 6-7pm. For residents in our South London region.
Monday 12 June, 6-7pm. For residents in our Northwest London region.
Monday 19 June, 6-7pm. For residents from our Northeast region.
6-7pm, Wednesday 21 June.
For residents from across all our regions.
Gift card for everyone who attends
We appreciate you sharing your time and ideas, so we're giving everyone who attends a £20 multi-store gift card as a thank you. Everyone is welcome at more than one session, but you'll only receive one thank-you gift card overall.
How to join the sessions
You can book your place on any of the above sessions by clicking on the links next to each session and following the instructions to book.
Then just come along on the day – you don't need to bring anything other than your ideas and suggestions to help develop our new customer engagement offer.
