Join our resident engagement co-design action group

We're creating a co-design action group to work with residents on what they'd like our future resident engagement offer to look and feel like, and we'd love to hear from anyone interested in joining.

What does co-design mean?

We want our resident engagement to create positive and impactful changes for our residents, and we know the best way to achieve this is by working with you.

This is what co-design is all about - Peabody colleagues and residents coming together to listen and learn from each other and agree on new ways of working.

How the action group will work

Being part of the action group is an excellent opportunity to be part of real change in how we work.

As part of the group, you'll participate in group discussions and activities to help us identify what areas need improvement, develop new approaches and potentially test these ideas.

The action group will also work with other residents from our communities and neighbourhoods to help us establish our new resident engagement activities.

It's quite a big commitment as it will involve some evening and weekend work over the next two months as we'd like to present our co-designed resident engagement approach at the Peabody board meeting in July.

How you can get involved

As we've already mentioned, being part of the group is a big commitment, so if you'd like to apply, please complete the expression of interest form.

Applications close at 9am on Tuesday 9 May 2023.

Once we've received all applications, we'll be in touch to advise you of the next stage. This stage will include a short interview to help you learn more about what being part of the action group will involve.
