When can I speak to the local Peabody team?
You can visit the monthly housing surgery at Sloane Square on the last Wednesday of each month, from 11am to 1pm.
You do not need to book and can speak to the team about repairs, your home or any other concerns.
What activities take place at Sloane Square?
Sloane Square hosts activities for residents of different ages, including art workshops, youth clubs, STEM sessions, yoga, breakfast clubs and community activities.
Some sessions are drop-in, while others may require you to contact the organiser first, so please check the latest timetable before attending.
Who is responsible for fly tipping or waste on the estate?
If fly-tipped waste, abandoned items or bulky rubbish is left in the communal areas of your Peabody estate, we are responsible for arranging its removal.
As our estates are private land, the local council is generally not responsible for clearing fly-tipped waste from these areas.
The cost of removing fly-tipped waste and bulky items may be included in your service charge, where this service applies to your home and is set out in your tenancy or lease.
If you notice fly-tipped waste or abandoned items on your estate, please report it to us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange removal where appropriate.
How do I report a repair or manage my home online?
My Peabody is the quickest way to book and track repairs, check your rent statement, make payments and update your personal details. It is available online 24 hours a day.

How do I report antisocial behaviour?
Antisocial behaviour (ASB) can have a big impact on you and your family, so we take reports of ASB very seriously.
Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger or a crime is taking place, or 101 for a non-emergency police matter.
You should also report antisocial behaviour to Peabody’s Community Safety team on 0300 123 3456. The team may ask you to keep a diary of repeated incidents to help with its investigation.
Can I hire Sloane Square for an event or community group?
Yes, Sloane Square hall can be hired for clubs, community groups, events and parties. It has an accessible main hall, two meeting rooms, a kitchen, an accessible toilet, baby-changing facilities and parking nearby.
