What is the Burridge Gardens Wellbeing Hub?

The Burridge Gardens Wellbeing Hub is a free community service where residents can access practical advice, wellbeing support and information from Peabody and local partner organisations. It is based at the Burridge Gardens Community Centre on St John's Hill and you don't need an appointment to drop in during opening hours.

Throughout the year, Burridge Gardens hosts a variety of family-friendly events, wellbeing activities and seasonal community sessions. The programme changes regularly, so it's worth checking the latest timetable or speaking to your neighbourhood team about upcoming events.

What support can I get at the Wellbeing Hub?

The hub offers support with a range of everyday issues, including health and wellbeing, money worries, employment, benefits, housing advice and connecting with local community services. Different organisations attend throughout the year, so there's always something new on offer.

How do I report a problem on the estate?

If you've noticed issues such as fly-tipping, graffiti, damaged lighting, overflowing bins or problems in communal areas, you can report them through My Peabody or by contacting your neighbourhood team so they can investigate.

What support is available if I'm worried about the cost of living?

Peabody can help if you're experiencing financial difficulties. You may be able to access advice on budgeting, benefits, employment, energy costs and other practical support through the Wellbeing Hub or Peabody's specialist teams.
