Our latest inspection result: what it means for you

Resident Engagement Event

We’ve recently been inspected by the Regulator of Social Housing, and they’ve now published their findings.

Published: 01/05/2026

This inspection looked at how well we’re doing at providing safe homes and good services, and how well we listen to you and act on what you tell us.

They’ve given us these ratings:

  • G1 (Governance) for how we’re run
  • V2 (Viability) for our finances
  • C2 (Consumer) for our services to residents

Our G1 and V2 ratings haven’t changed. This means the regulator is assured that we’re well run and financially stable. The C2 rating means we need to do better in some areas of our services.

The regulator highlighted a few key areas where we need to improve:

  • getting repairs done on time and getting them right first time
  • dealing promptly with damp and mould
  • responding to complaints more quickly and learning from them
  • using your feedback and our data to improve services
We’ve already started work on these things based on what you’ve told us. Over the past year we have:
  • introduced new service standards designed with residents
  • strengthened our local repairs service
  • improved how we handle complaints
  • updated how we listen and respond to feedback

But we know there’s more to do.

Our focus now is on providing more reliable services, quicker fixes, and better communication so you know what’s happening and when.

We’ll keep sharing updates on what we’re changing and the difference it’s making.

If you want to find out more about our plans or share your feedback, you can read more on our How your feedback is influencing change page.

Thank you to everyone who shared their views with the regulator and with us. It helps us improve.
