Watch out for energy survey scams: what you need to know
We've received reports of companies contacting residents, claiming Peabody has asked them to carry out energy surveys.

Please remember, we will always send you a letter beforehand to let you know about any such checks.
If you get an unexpected call asking to survey your home, don’t agree or let them in unless you've received an official letter from us first.
Here’s what to do:
• Always check who’s contacting you if they claim to be from Peabody.
• If you’re unsure, contact us to confirm before agreeing to anything.
• Report any suspicious calls or visits to us.
