Your views on how we communicate with you really matter to us.

Two years ago, many of you gave us your feedback. It helped us improve what we share and which channels we use. Now we’re taking another look to see what’s changed since then, so you can be sure that we’re communicating with you in the way that works best for you.

You can get updates in lots of ways, including through Home magazine, emails, social media and on our website. We use these channels to share news about your community, support that’s available to you and events you can get involved in.
