Sandringham Hub food pantry
We host a weekly food pantry at the Sandringham Hub every Wednesday from 10am-1pm.
How does the pantry work?
As part of our wellbeing offer, we partner with local food charities to offer this free food pantry.
What's available does change each week. However, there's usually a supply of fresh fruit and vegetables, store cupboard staples, toiletries and more. It's available to anyone in the community. You don't need vouchers - drop in between 10am-1pm.
“Sometimes we struggle to buy food because the prices have risen over the past year and show no signs of stopping. It’s reassuring to know this service is on our doorstep.” Anonymous Peabody resident.
During your visit you can also learn more about the Hub's Wellbeing Wednesdays, - hosted in partnership with local health services.
Come along if you need support with any of the following:
- Stopping smoking
- Improving your mental health
- Feelings of isolation
- Addiction issues
- Weight management
- Blood pressure monitoring.
