Do you live in Islington and have a project idea that could benefit the community? If so, the Make It Happen Fund is for you!

We're working with Islington Giving, Hyde Housing,Clarion and Southern Housing to help Islington residents and community groups bring people together and feel proud of where they live.

What is the Make It Happen Fund?

The Make It Happen Fund provides grants of up to £500 throughout the year for events, activities and projects that support local people to make a difference in the community.

It could be anything from cultural cooking sessions or a community arts festival to a family support group or cycling club.

If you have an idea that could bring joy to your neighbourhood by helping local people improve their physical and mental wellbeing, make the most of their lives and stay connected, get in touch!

How you can apply for a grant

The closing date for this round is Monday, 30 October.

Visit Islington Giving Make It Happen Fund for the application guidelines and forms. You can also upload a video or audio application if this is easier for you.

We know that applying for grants can be complicated or slow. We’ve tried to make The Make It Happen Fund a straightforward process.
