Here's where you can find out what's happening with the remediation programme at St John's Hill.

Latest update: 17 June 2026

We're pleased to share an important update regarding the fire safety review at St John's Hill.

What’s happening now

  • The Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) has now been completed across the development.
  • We are delighted to confirm that no external wall remediation works are required to your building.
  • The buildings have achieved a B1 rating, which is very positive news and confirms that the external wall systems meet the required safety standards.

Are any works required?

Only minor fire safety improvement works have been identified. These are limited to localised fire stopping works and removal of PIR insulation, including areas within:

  • the car park and riser cupboards (Butterfly Apartments).

These works are relatively small in scale and are not expected to cause significant disruption. We will provide more details once the programme has been confirmed.

What happens next?

We are currently working with Sisk, the original contractor to agree on the scope and delivery of these minor works.

  • Once agreed, we will move to formalise arrangements and confirm a programme of work.
  • As soon as we have confirmed dates and timelines, we will share these with you.

We appreciate your patience while this process has been ongoing and are very pleased to be able to share this positive outcome with you. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do get in touch.

We want to keep you up to date on where things stand with the fire safety work at St John’s Hill.

What’s happening now?
  • We’re currently working with Sisk, the original contractor, to agree the details of the remedial work.
  • Once we’ve finalised these discussions, we’ll both sign what’s called a Remediation Works Settlement Agreement (RWSA). This can take a little while, but we’ll keep you posted.
  • After the agreement is in place, Sisk will give us a construction programme with start dates and timeframes — and we’ll share this with you straight away.
Meet your team
