The two community rooms at the Hub are suitable for groups, clubs, exercise classes, celebrations, training, presentations, workshops, meetings and socials. The Hub also has small, serviced offices, kitchen facilities and a café area.

The two rooms at Sandringham Hub are available to hire 9am to 10pm, seven days a week, together or separately.

These spaces are suitable for groups, clubs, exercise classes, celebrations, training, presentations workshops, meetings and socials.
Serviced offices
The centre also has serviced offices for one to three people. Perfect for small businesses and start-ups.

Finding us
The Hub is close to both Houghton Regis and Dunstable town centres. It can be reached via Junction 11 (Luton) of the M1 motorway and is within easy reach of the A5 in Dunstable.
