We've set up a new option on our phone system which will allow you to check your account balance with us.

How it works

Call our Customer Hub as you usually do.  We'll initially ask you some questions to make sure it's really you.  Once this is done, you'll then be given the opportunity to press Option 2 and will be put through to our rent account menu.

From there, select Option 1 to hear your rent balance (it may not include payments made during the previous three days). You can then go back to speak to a member of our Customer Hub if you want to.
