How do I return my keys to you if I am leaving my property?

If you live in London, you can return your keys by any one of the following methods:
• Your Lettings officer can arrange for a key safe to be fitted at the property. You must leave all the keys you have in the keysafe before vacating the property.
• Dropping your keys off to one of our London offices as arranged by the lettings officer.
• Posting your keys via recorded delivery to any of our offices, as directed by the lettings officer.

If you live in Essex:
Your Neighbourhood manager will arrange for a key safe to be fitted at the property. You must leave all the keys you have in the keysafe before vacating the property.
Alternatively, you can drop your keys off to one of our Essex offices.

Please note all keys must be returned to us by 12pm on the Monday following the end of your tenancy. If not, we will continue to charge a weekly rent until all keys and fobs are returned.

Keys can be returned to us earlier if the you move out of the home before the end of your tenancy.

I have attended a viewing but have not heard anything?

A viewing will take place for the first five most eligible applicants. During the viewing, the lettings officer will offer the property to the most eligible person first, who will have 24 hours to make a decision on whether to accept the property.

If they do not accept the property then the second most eligible will be contacted and offered the property, applicant 2 then has 24 hours to make their decision.

If applicant 2 refuses the property, then applicant 3 will be offered the property, and so on. Therefore, it can take up to five working days to receive a response. Should you not hear within this timeframe, please contact your lettings officer directly, or the Customer Hub on 0300 123 3456.

What should I do with my belongings when I vacate a property?
