Reporting damp and mould
We’ve all been shocked by the tragic news that two-year-old Awaab Ishak died because of prolonged exposure to mould in his housing association home. It’s awful that this could happen in this day and age, and our thoughts are with his family, friends and community.
We wanted to assure you that we take damp and mould really seriously, and would ask anyone with a damp and mould issue to get in touch immediately. This has been a big focus for us over the past couple of years and we have a specialist team and specialist contractors in place to help us tackle the issue.
