Live chat is now available across our website. This gives residents another way to contact us online. You can ask questions and get support in real time.

Live chat can be helpful if you can't call us. It can also be useful if you need a quick answer. You’ll find the chat option on most pages. Live Chat was introduced following a resident-led recommendation for the Contact Centre.

Live chat is available during our contact centre opening times. Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. 

To start, look for the small chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Other ways to contact us are still available.

Choose the option that works best for you
