Residents in North-East London are finding it easier to get support with our local drop-in sessions.

Members of the North East Regional Forum told us recent sessions are helping them get answers quickly and feel more connected to their local teams. Flexible opening times, approachable staff, and clear information were the things people valued most.

What we’re doing next

Residents asked for clearer information and more notice about upcoming forum meetings. To make it easier for you to get involved, we’re:

Putting up more posters in blocks and community centres
Sending personalised email invites
Sharing speakers, topics and themed meetings in advance
Tailoring invites for Residents’ Associations and local groups

Making sure we’re reaching residents in street properties, so they don’t miss out on updates or opportunities to share their views.

We have four Regional Forums where residents can:

Talk about local issues
Share experiences
Get updates about their homes

Drop-in sessions run alongside the Forums, giving you a chance to speak face-to-face with the team who can help with repairs, services or any questions about your estate or neighbourhood.
