How to register for a transfer from your home.
Our internal transfer waiting list is accessible to all Peabody social-rented tenants as per our Transfer policy.
Applicants will be able to apply for homes themselves, providing their application meets the eligibility criteria. We now advertise our homes on HomeHunt - you can learn more about Homehunt here.
If you would like to apply to join our transfer list, please register on the HomeHunt website. The registration process is very straightforward but there is further guidance here. Please be sure to update us of any changes to your household prior to applying as we can only accept applications where the details you enter onto your application match our records.
Who can register?
All Peabody social rented tenants can register for a transfer, but priority will be given to those who meet our priority transfer eligibility criteria, as detailed in our Transfer policy. If you do not fall into one of the priority bands, it is less likely we will be able to offer you a transfer to another home and you should consider alternative housing options.
