What’s involved in getting involved?

There’s lots of different ways to help us shape what we offer our residents. You don’t need to be an expert on housing or have any special training – just be ready to be honest!

Here’s some of the ways you can help us to help you:

  • Give feedback on issues that directly affect you

  • Share your experiences of our services

  • Give suggestions on how to improve them

  • Work with us to make those suggestions a reality

As well as helping to improve the service you get, residents who’ve worked with us say it’s also helped them to boost their confidence, meet new people and learn new skills.

See how residents are leading change

By sharing their views, our residents have already made a real difference to how we do things. For example, they’ve inspired us to set up repair surgeries, estate inspections and local forums.

Local engagement

Interested in having a say in your local neighbourhood? You can either join (or set up) a resident group, or Tenant and Resident Association (TRA). We also hold drop-in events at some estates where you can raise any issues with us directly.
