Training is an extremely important part of your volunteering journey with us.
Not only does training help you feel more like a part of the organisation, but it ensures that you have the relevant information, contacts and resources needed to carry out your role in both an enjoyable and safe way.
You will need to complete all of the training courses highlighted below as soon as possible. This includes at least one of the following inductions:

How to access my mandatory training
Please visit the Volunteers Online Training page and enter your username and password. You should have already received an email with your username and password, but if not please let the team know and they will resend it to you.
When you get through to the access page and you are prompted to put in a security question, please skip this by clicking “continue”.
Click on “My Courses” at the top of the page.
You can find the mandatory courses in either “Courses I have to do” or “Courses I have done”.
If the courses in the list above do not appear immediately in this section, you can use the ‘search’ function to access them.
Once you have completed the induction and mandatory courses, please let us know by filling out the very quick form on this page.
Please note that these courses are extremely important for your continuation as a volunteer at Peabody. If we do not receive confirmation of your completion of the courses within 30 days of your start date we may bring your role to an end.
As well as these mandatory courses, you may from time to time see other e-modules on offer that you would like to do. You can feel free to do any additional online courses that are of interest to you.
Completing your training
Once you have completed your induction and mandatory training, please let us know by completing this form. Supervisors can also use this form to let us know when training has been completed.
