We work in partnership with national, regional and local organisations

We deliver a range of projects and services in our communities.

This includes youth programmes, green space activation and improvement, food distribution and projects that tackle social isolation.

Our youth offer

The interests and needs of young people are important to us and we want to make sure that our communities are places of opportunity and aspiration for the children and young people that live in our homes.

Here are some of the ways we’re working with our younger customers and local partners to deliver youth projects, holiday activity programmes, targeted engagement and more across our communities.

Our Youth Voice Panel

We've established a Youth Voice Panel to work with us to ensure we're delivering what young people want.

What’s involved?

When you join Youth Voice, you can expect to be part of team-building days, virtual and face-to-face meetings and activities, residentials, training events and, more importantly – lots and lots of fun!

If you’d like to get involved, please contact us.

Young People's Foundations

We work with Young People's Foundations in Brent and Ealing to respond to challenges and help make positive changes for young people.

CALM with Connected Stars

We work with the youth movement CALM with Connected Stars to support youth-led approaches that meet the needs of young people in the community.

Join the Connect Stars youth nights

If you’re aged 11-18 and want to join the Connect Stars youth nights at the Unity Centre, please contact us.

Connect Stars is a Brent-based charity helping young people access safe spaces to be creative, active and responsive in their communities.

One Flow One Brent

One Flow One Brent is delivered in partnership with the Young Brent Foundation, Hyde and Metropolitan Thames Valley housing associations, with funding from the Mayor of London's Violence Reduction Unity.

Green space activation and improvement

We recognise that the open spaces in and around our communities provide important opportunities for people to socialise, be active and enjoy the natural world.

Here are some of the ways we’re working with our customers and national and regional partners to deliver initiatives to help support improvements to green spaces near our homes. We're also making it easier for our customers and other members of the community to use them.

Backyard Nature

We've teamed up with Backyard Nature and other housing associations across the UK to help our communities connect with and protect nature.

Wellbeing Way

Our Wellbeing Way project in Southall involves improving five focal points along the Grand Union Canal in partnership with Ealing Council and Canal and River Trust.

We work with local partners and public health to deliver projects that contribute to healthier and happier communities.

Here are some of the ways our partnerships are helping tackle health inequalities and empowering local people to help shape and improve health and wellbeing in their community.

Public Health partnership

Golborne Community Champions

A five-year community-led volunteer programme, enabling and empowering local people to help shape and improve health and wellbeing in their community.
