Online rent statements
Need a rent statement? It's now available via your online account.
You can view and download a copy of your rent statement by logging onto your online account.
It has all the information contained on your quarterly rent statement, and can show transactions up to 12 months ago. Find out how to get up and running below.
- First of all, login to your account or, if you don't have one, register a new account (you'll need your 19-digit allpay number).
- Click on "Rent and service charges" at the top of the screen:
- Scroll down until you see "Download your rent statement". Choose your date range (within the past 12 months) and click on "Create pdf" (you'll need the free Adobe Reader to do this):
- You can now save or print the statement.
