We have announced our proposals for South Thamesmead over the next ten years.
The Reach Housing Zone Consultation
Consultation for proposed new homes in West Thamesmead
We are proposing a 66 new home development and a community space at The Reach based on the currently vacant land opposite the shops in Battery Road.
We held two consultation drop-in events in early March 2016 - your feedback will help us to submit an informed planning application to Royal Borough Greenwich in the Spring.

Led by Royal Borough of Greenwich, this is one of two Housing Zones Peabody are delivering in Thamesmead, the other is in partnership with London Borough of Bexley. Both are being funded with more than £70m from the Greater London Authority.
Who will be working with us?
We’ve appointed Pitman Tozer architects to work on The Reach site. They have a strong record of working with Peabody – their work includes the award-winning Peabody development in Bethnal Green, Mint Street.
Our design team for the rest of Plumstead and West Thamesmead will be led by Lifschutz Davison Sandilands architects, whose previous work includes the successful Kidbrooke Village development in Greenwich.
