Monier Road is the first completed block at our Fish Island Village development in Hackney Wick. It has been shortlisted in two categories (residential and regeneration) at the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) awards.

These awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

About Fish Island Village

Fish Island Village is part of a joint venture with UK housebuilder Hill, which includes our Lea Bridge Road development in Waltham Forest. The site is being developed in three phases and when complete, will provide 580 new homes to rent and buy, and 57,000 square feet of commercial space.

A partnership with workspace provider, The Trampery, will support up to 500 people working on-site, creating an active, vibrant and harmonious village.

Monier Road
Designed by Pitman Tozer Architects, Monier Road has 71 high-quality homes, including apartments and maisonettes offered through shared ownership, affordable rent and private sale.

Paul Wynn, who lives at Monier Road said: "Throughout the building, the level of care and attention to detail is obvious; from quality materials, generous communal spaces, through to my own apartment, which is bright, generous in size and cleverly planned. This is a quiet, crafted building that is a joy to call home."

Exceptional new homes

Fish Island Village is also in the running for 'Best First Time Buyer Home' at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards, alongside our Wharf Road development in Islington, which is being considered in the 'Best Apartment' category.

Wharf Road comprises 98 new homes, including 64 social rent, 15 shared ownership and 19 private sale, in a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses.
