Learning more about our residents
We're carrying out some research so you may get a call.
As part of our research programme, we published information last year about the Peabody Index. We reported that we had learned that some people in London were "working harder but getting poorer" because of rising living costs - you can read more here.
We are now following this up with more research and have commissioned Mustard Research to undertake a telephone survey for us. If you are a Peabody resident it's possible therefore that, from 1 July, you may get a call from them via this number: 01422 307564.
Separately, we're currently looking at the impact of Universal Credit and want to hear the views and experiences of residents who have received this. This report will be shared with the Government to show how Universal Credit is affecting people so that they can make better policy choices.
We have commissioned Eventure Research to carry out this survey for us so you may receive calls from them via 01964 536268. Enventure will keep individual responses confidential and anonymous, (including from us at Peabody unless there is a specific request to share information).
If you don’t want to take part in either survey, or wish to remain anonymous, you can just let the company know when they call you. If you do decide to take part, we’d like to thank you for helping us to understand the housing needs of the future.
If you have any questions about these survey or the research we’re doing please email us. As always, never give your bank details to anyone over the phone.
