Work begins at Pontoon Reach
The scheme, which will deliver 295 homes, is our first joint venture with the developer Redrow.
The Royal Docks is undergoing a regeneration following its designation as an Enterprise Zone in 2010. We are working on a joint venture there with Redrow to convert a former brownfield site on North Woolwich Road into new homes. The site has been vacant since the closure of an Esso Service station.
The 295 homes being built at Pontoon Reach will include a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
