If you went along the New Year’s Day parade in London, you may have seen our contribution.

We worked with Inspiration Arts, volunteers, councillors and the Waltham Forest local community to create spectacular costumes, reflecting the parade's theme of 'Lights, Camera, Action'.

It was a wonderful and memorable day with the diversity of London's boroughs showcased.

Cllr Yemi Osho, Mayor of Waltham Forest, said: "Who needs a red carpet when you have the streets of London to perform, and be dazzled in, at such a show-stopping New Year’s Day spectacle".

Jade Armstrong, Volunteers Project Coordinator, who helped organise the Waltham Forest parade, said: "I was really proud of everyone’s great performance; they had so much energy, especially some of our young performers. It was an excellent display of the borough’s arts and culture. A huge thank you to everyone who gave their time and support."
