Regeneration on this estate in South London has won a Residential Architect Design Award.

The Residential Architect Design Awards, which are organised by the journal of the American Institute of Architects, celebrate the best in housing design.

This year's winners, selected from nearly 600 entries, show how architects can innovate to make better housing for a new era of living. We're delighted to announce that the first phase of our St John’s Hill regeneration project, below, has won in the affordable housing category.

The judges for this year's awards included Stella Betts, Dirk Denison, and Rosalyne Shieh. You can learn more about the awards here.
