Peabody and Family Mosaic merger
Our Board confirms merger will go ahead.
The resident consultation closed on 3 February 2017 and, having considered all the feedback, the Peabody Board has decided that the merger should go ahead. The Family Mosaic Board has also agreed to go forward following a consultation with their residents. We expect the merger to take place around 1 July 2017.
Please note that your landlord, tenancy or lease will not change as a result of the merger. The merger will include all organisations that are already part of the Peabody Group which now has two landlords, Peabody and Gallions.
- CBHA: In March 2017, we completed the transition of CBHA homes and assets in to Peabody. We have written to former CBHA residents separately with more details about this.

Following the merger with Family Mosaic in June 2017, the Peabody Group now owns and manages more than 55,000 homes across London and the South East, housing over 111,000 residents. We also have 8,000 care and support customers. We also run an extensive number of community programmes which are open to all Londoners.
