Since our merger with Family Mosaic, we've been working to bring our two organisations closer together to find shared – and better – ways of working.
We're always keen to hear your views about our services and learn how we can do things better. During the rest of this year, our executive team will be holding Q&A events for residents (these will be publicised locally). We’ll update you afterwards on this website about the key topics raised.
Your feedback will help us to plan ahead and ensure that we look at the areas where you think we can make improvements.
Behind the scenes
There's a lot going on behind the scenes: for example, we're working to bring our IT and telephone systems together. We're also developing a single approach to delivering services to all of our customers. This includes the way we carry out repairs, collect rents and let homes. We’re also looking at improving what we offer online.
