Peabody Community Fund
Up to £5,000 funding available to support community projects throughout London.
The Peabody Community Fund grants funding to activities which improve our residents' quality of life, health and wellbeing. £500 up to £5,000 funding is available to support local charities and community group projects throughout London. Peabody residents of all ages will benefits from this funding.
Who can apply?
The following organisations are invited to bid for funding of their projects:
- Constituted community and resident groups
- Registered charities
- Companies limited by guarantee
- Social enterprises
- Community Interest Companies (CICs)
- Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)
Please note: applicants will need to demonstrate that the project and the activities will benefit Peabody residents and others who live in the areas we operate.Peabody properties near you

12 noon, Friday 24 March 2017
You will hear the outcome by end of May 2017.
What happens after I apply?
All applicants will be notified about their outcome in writing. If your application fits the Community Grants programme themes and priority areas, it'll be shortlisted.
You'll then be contacted by a Programme Manager from The London Community Foundation for an informal chat, to find out more about your project and to present it to The Peabody Community Fund panel.
