Peabody and CBHA residents
Peabody Direct, our customer services department, closes at 1pm on 24 December. It will open again at 8am on Monday 4 January 2016. We will be providing an out-of-hours service to deal with emergency calls, including repairs, during this time (this is also for CBHA residents).

Gallions' customer services department will also close at 1pm on 24 December and will re-open at 8am on Monday 4 January 2016.
An emergency service will deal with calls, including repairs, during this time. If you are a Gallions resident who has an emergency, please phone 0300 123 1238.
Please note that we will not be processing emails or online forms during the holiday period.
We expect to receive high volumes of calls on Monday, 4 January. Please call later in that week if your call is not an emergency.
