First Steps Family Psychology Service
Support for parents concerned about children’s anxieties or behaviour
First Steps is an NHS service for children and young people aged 0-18 years and their families.
The service offers early help with any difficulties related to behaviour, emotions and relationships before they become more complicated or difficult to address.
- Tuesdays: 9am - 1pm
- Thursdays: 9am - 5pm
- Fridays: 9am - 1pm
There's more information about the service here, including how to self-refer.
We organise a range of activities for residents of all ages: from reading clubs for parents and young children, through to social events for older people.
