Parking enforcement is in operation and cars parked must display a valid parking permit. To obtain a permit please contact MET Parking Services: firstname.lastname@example.org or 0845 370 8004. Resident Permits will only be issued to residents allocated with a parking bay. To request a parking bay (which may be subject to a waiting list) please contact your Neighbourhood Manager.

Planned improvement work
St John’s Hill estate
Our £120m application to redevelop the St John’s Hill Estate in Clapham Junction has been approved by Wandsworth Borough Council and is now subject to final approval from the Mayor. We plan to develop:
• 527 homes; 53 per cent of which will be affordable
• A 530 square-metre hub at the centre of the development for the whole community
• 569 square-metres of commercial units opposite Clapham Junction railway station set around an entrance plaza
• High-quality open space including a new public route from the railway station to Wandsworth Common and a new public square.
