About Borough Triangle

A once disused paper factory, this 2.5-acre brownfield site is located at Newington Triangle, between Borough tube station and Elephant and Castle. The Elephant is currently undergoing a £3 billion regeneration programme.

Peabody plans to redevelop the Triangle site by providing new homes, commercial space and substantial new public realm.
