We acquired the Neptune Wharf and Monier Road sites in April 2014, with planning consent to deliver 580 homes at Fish Island Village.
Fish Island Village will be a vibrant canalside community, set in the heart of Hackney Wick. This thriving, cultural creative hub will comprise modern apartments and unique spaces to live and work, making it the ultimate place for like-minded people to collaborate.

We acquired the site in April 2014, with planning consent to deliver 580 new homes. Delivered as a strategic joint venture with Hill, an award-winning Top 15 UK Housebuilder, Fish Island Village forms part of our ambitious development pipeline which will see us building 1,000 new homes a year to help address London’s housing shortage.
We plan on building a significant amount of affordable housing at Fish Island Village, including affordable rent and shared ownership, and have secured funding from the GLA to facilitate this.

We aim to complete the development in three phases:
- Phase 1: from early 2018
- Phase 2: from early 2019
- Phase 3: from early 2020
