Ashgrove Court and Lockbridge Court, Westminster

Built on the site of the former St Mary’s Hospital on the Harrow Road in Westbourne Park, the site has 74 fully furnished flats with between three and five bedrooms reserved for keyworkers. Each flat has shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Each room has a TV aerial socket and phone point. WiFi is available at a cost and shared washer-dryers are provided. There’s also bicycle storage and limited car parking for permit holders.

Local information:
Located within easy reach of central London’s shopping and entertainment attractions, there are also excellent local amenities and shopping facilities. Westbourne Park and Royal Oak Underground stations are within walking distance.
Harrow Road has a wide range of shops, including many that stay open late. Whiteleys shopping centre in Bayswater is a short walk away and offers a range of bars, restaurants and cafes as well as a cinema and shops. The busy Portobello Road market is also close by.

Britannia Walk, Hackney

Situated near Old Street, we have 34 furnished flats for rent by keyworkers in two separate blocks in Brittania Walk. The flats have between one and four bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All the flats are fully furnished and centrally heated.
Each room has a TV aerial socket, cable TV point, phone socket and door entry system. And there’s shared washer dryers and a communal lounge for watching TV or socialising in each flat in block 87. Both blocks have lifts and bicycle storage is available in the courtyard.

Local information
Britannia Walk is within easy reach of central London’s shopping and entertainment attractions. Old Street Underground and rail station is close by, as well as the Barbican Centre.

Cumberland Market

Equidistant between Camden Town and Euston, Cumberland Market is perfectly positioned on the edge of Zone 1 and just a stone's throw from Regents Park. It’s a short walk to Camden Town, a unique and world -famous enclave of iconic music venues, vintage clothing and global cafes and restaurants. To the South, Euston National Rail station offers good domestic connections.

Harrow Road, Brent

This Kensal Green development provides 89 centrally heated ensuite rooms with shared kitchen facilities. All the rooms are fully furnished with a TV aerial socket, phone socket and door entry system. WiFi is also available.
Laundry facilities are provided on the ground floor at a cost. At the rear of the building there is bicycle storage.

Harrow Road is within easy reach of central London’s shopping and entertainment attractions. Kensal Green station is very close by with underground services to Paddington and rail services to Harrow and Euston. Local buses serve Euston, Paddington Green, Wembley and Sudbury.
Harrow Road has a wide range of shops, many of which stay open late. Whiteleys shopping centre in Bayswater is a short walk away and offers a range of bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as a cinema and shops. The busy Portobello Road market is also close by and the area plays host to the annual Notting Hill carnival, Europe’s biggest street festival.

Lee Green

Nestled in South East London lies leafy Lee Green, an ideal location for a small or growing family. Located in zone 3, Central London is still easily accessible - it's 17 and 20 minutes by train to London Bridge and Charing Cross respectively. Eltham Palace and Gardens offers the opportunity for a family day out, while Kent and the coast are nearby.
There are excellent schools, including the highly rated St Margaret's Lee CofE Primary School and close access to shopping, such as Lewisham or the nearby Sainsbury’s.

Millbank

Our Millbank properties sit close to the west bank of the Thames, mostly between Pimlico underground station and the Tate Britain Gallery. The London Sky Bar is nearby, and the Westminster Boating Base water sports centre is a little further west.
The properties have neutral décor throughout and all come with a fridge, freezer, washing machine and oven. The bedrooms are carpeted and there’s a separate living area.

Milne House, Paddington

Located in the City of Westminster, Milne House provides 36 rooms with shared kitchen facilities.
Each room has access to communal showers and toilets and is centrally heated. All the rooms are fully furnished with a TV aerial socket, phone socket and door entry system. WiFi is also available at a cost.

3 Norfolk Square, Paddington

Eleven self-contained flats consisting of studio, one, two and three bedrooms. All the flats are fully furnished with TV aerial socket, phone socket and door entry system. WiFi is available at a cost. There are secure locked mailboxes and CCTV.

Victoria Park

Victoria Park is an attractive location in East London. Bordering Hackney and Tower Hamlets, our properties surround the park itself, which has a boating lake, football pitches, tennis courts and café.
Access to the picturesque Regents and Hertford Union Canals are close by, as are the Chisenhal Gallery, Stour Space and The Yard Theatre. The east side of the park leads to Hackney Wick and Queen Elizabeth Park and to the west you’ll find London Fields and Broadway Market.
