What we can offer graduates at Peabody
Every year we offer several graduate positions across different areas of our business, including Governance, Surveying, Regeneration and Development, Community Investment and more.
Entry requirements for our graduate schemes may vary, depending each department’s needs and those of the business. All graduate opportunities, however, begin with a two-year Fixed Term Contract.
Whichever area you join, the scheme is designed to take the most perceptive and brightest graduates and develop them into professionals in their field. You will experience a combination of interesting and varied work and great on-the-job training. Depending on your specialism, the scheme may also offer study support towards a prestigious professional qualification (e.g. graduate surveyors).
Not only is a graduate position with us an excellent way to develop your professional career, it will offer you an opportunity to make a real difference to both other peoples’ lives and the wider community.
Why do we recruit graduates?
We’re very keen to develop and nurture our own talent. As part of our graduate scheme you will be able to acquire new skills and knowledge in a real working environment, as well as share your views and experiences.
We strongly believe that our graduate trainees can bring us new thinking and apply their academic knowledge in our fast-moving organisation. Your concepts and ideas can make a difference to our performance and future objectives. It is also very clear to us that developing our new talent through the graduate scheme is an excellent way to promote our succession planning strategy. You may become our future leader!
