Town and Country Housing
On 9 May 2019 Town and Country Housing became a subsidiary of the Peabody Group.
Peabody is funded by reserves and debt in the form of long-term bank loans and private and public capital market bond finance. In 2011 we issued a £200m capital market bond to develop new housing, regenerate existing estates and provide more services and in 2013 we issued a £350m capital market bond. Peabody’s group structure is designed so that we can operate with maximum efficiency within a risk management framework. We own several trading subsidiaries, including Peabody Capital Plc and Capital No. 2 Plc, which are used to raise finance.
