The day-to-day management of Peabody is delegated by the Board Members to the Chief Executive and the Executive team.

Prior to Family Mosaic, he worked in housing for a variety of housing associations and local authorities.
Brendan was Chair of the London g15 from 2013 to 2015. This group represents London’s 15 largest housing associations.
Executive Director Communities
Stephen joined us in 1998 and became a Director in July 2006. He has worked in community regeneration, training and employment since 1991 and was a Director of a national training company from 1993 to 1997.
Prior to 1991 Stephen was a computer professional involved in satellite and telecommunications.
Executive Director Asset Strategy and Delivery
Pauline joined us in December 2014 from Circle Housing where she was Regional Operations Director with responsibility for all services for three housing association partners in the South East.
Previously Pauline was founding Managing Director of both Circle Housing Merton Priory and Circle Housing Roddons and held Director roles within Hyde and EMH Group. Pauline has extensive experience in Housing Operations, regeneration and delivering successful organisation change.
Executive Director Finance
Susan joined us in February 2010 from Hastoe Housing Group, where she was Director of Resources, with responsibility for finance, IT, HR and other central functions.
A qualified chartered accountant, Susan has a broad range of experience in accountancy and commerce, particularly in banking and mortgage finance markets.
Executive Director of Customer Services
Ashling joined Family Mosaic as Group Customer Services Director in March 2015. Ashling was previously appointed as Head of Home Emergency Operations at the AA.
Ashling has a wealth of experience in customer service relationship management through many channels of service delivery.
Moira joined Family Mosaic in 2003 initially as a manager for Supported Housing Services in North Essex. She became responsible for all Essex Services in 2010 and expanded her role to include London Services in 2012.
Moira was appointed as Group Care & Support Director in October 2014.
Her new role includes all Essex, London & South region services and the Health, Wealth and Wellbeing through Housing Service.
Executive Director Corporate Services
David joined us in March 2007 from Barclays Bank, where he held several senior posts, including Small Business Banking Director and Chief Operating Officer for the marketing and communications functions worldwide.
David has extensive experience in strategic change management and organisational development.
John is leading one of London’s largest regeneration programmes at Thamesmead. He is also responsible for Peabody’s Commercial Property portfolio.
Previously John spent 6 years as CEO of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. He joined the Foundation from Milton Keynes Partnership, a subsidiary of the Homes and Communities Agency, where he was CEO responsible for the economic and housing growth of the new city.
John is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a Master of Arts in Urban Regeneration. He is a voluntary Board member of Wellingborough Homes Housing Association.
Dick moved into his role at Family Mosaic having been Development Director for Mosaic Homes since January 2002. He has also worked at Pavilion HA, Swan HA and Southwark Council.
Previous roles have included Assistant Director of Housing, Operation Director and Development Director. Dick has a BSc in Economics from the University of Wales.
