Learning and development
At Peabody we believe that learning and development is essential to individual and business success. Learning and development is planned to ensure that our staff are able to do their jobs effectively, meet organisational business challenges and objectives, and have the opportunity to develop personally.
We were accredited as an Investor in People in 2003 and were one of the first organisations to sign up to the Government’s Skills Pledge. This shows how we support our employees to gain skills and qualifications up to NVQ level 2 that will support their future employability and encourage lifelong learning.
