By logging onto My Peabody you can view the details of the member of staff dealing with your complaint and you can also see which stage the complaint has reached.

 

If you would like to contact us directly about your existing complaint, please contact Peabody Direct, who will refer you to the member of staff responsible for resolving your complaint.
